Tim Pasquale, President

Tim founded TSP in 1999. A Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology for Process Improvement by GE, he understands that the relationship between business process and technology is critical to producing effective and efficient business solutions. Tim is highly proficient in a multitude of programming languages on different platforms including .NET, Object Oriented Client/Server. He has extensive expertise on databases including SQL Server and Oracle. A 1990 Villanova University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Tim has earned his reputation through passion and dedication to high performance. While not at work, Tim enjoys spending time with friends and family, following sports and appreciates fine wines.

Steve Rosso, Chief Information Officer

Steve joined TSP Consulting in 2010 and as CIO, he oversees strategic planning, vendor and partner relationships, as well as business development. He is passionate about delivering solutions that make a real difference to users and impact his clients’ bottom line. Before landing at TSP, Steve worked as an executive level Technologist in highly process driven service environments. He designs systems and processes with end-users in mind and seeks to foster long-standing relationships that benefit all involved. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves to surf, snow-board and hike. Steve has a BA in Economics from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

Michael Socha, Senior Vice President Client Services & Business Development

Mike Socha comes to TSP Consulting with over a decade of experience in the mortgage and software business. He holds two Master's Degrees in Management and Project Management from the George Washington University and Stanford University respectively. Mike has helped countless clients through the implementation, configuration, and maintenance process of the Software lifecycle. Most recently, at Accenture Mortgage Cadence, as the Manager of Client Service Delivery, he led a record number of clients over the "finish line" for taking their systems "live." Prior to this, Mike led teams at Citibank for successful high-wealth programs including mortgage and investment software configuration. During his free time, Mike enjoys traveling abroad, gardening, and trying exotic foods.

Cory Hubbert, Senior Vice President Development & Systems Architecture

Cory started with TSP Consulting in 2013 as a senior developer and shortly thereafter was promoted to Development Manager. In January 2017, he was promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President of Development & Systems Architecture. Prior to joining TSP Consulting, Cory was a Principal and CTO at a mortgage company for seven years and a partner in a title and settlement services company. Not only is Cory a veteran full stack .NET developer with a tremendous understanding of the mortgage industry but he is also a proven leader that understands how to deliver exceptional cost-effective technology solutions. Cory majored in English while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Colorado State University. Cory’s interests outside of work include spending time with family and friends, riding motorcycles, making music, and surfing.


Carole Hwang, Senior Vice President Systems Configuration Management

Carole joined TSP Consulting in 2012 as a mortgage systems specialist.  Carole began her career in mortgage banking in 1986 and has played critical roles in numerous successful mortgage system implementations. On her way to becoming a mortgage systems specialist Carole worked in correspondent, retail and wholesale lending, and also in secondary marketing.  She understands mortgage lending and is dedicated to making the client’s mortgage system meet their business needs. Carole has a BA in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington IN.  She is also a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking.


Nicole Dowling, Director Project Management

Nicole Dowling is a seasoned project manager with over 27 years of experience in project and finance management. She has a consistent track record of success in the management of business-critical projects for several large corporations within the Banking and Mortgage Services industry being responsible for multi-million dollar budgets and project teams of up to 50 resources. Nicole’s unique and wide-ranging skillset has enabled her to successfully contribute in roles including portfolio and project management, finance management, business development, vendor selection and management, and resource management. Expertise in SDLC and Six Sigma methodologies are leveraged to align day-to-day operations with business goals and client objectives.


Joe Filoseta, Director Corporate Strategy

Before joining TSP, Joe Filoseta held senior level positions in financial services and technology companies such as MRN, SigniaDocs, DepotPoint, Harland Financial Solutions, First American, Alltel and Cybertek-Cogenysys. Most recently, as president of SigniaDocs, Joe led the development and adoption of electronic document signature technologies for the entire mortgage life cycle. Joe's leadership in the financial services and technology arenas has also helped major players in mortgage origination and default servicing embrace enterprise-wide technology driven solutions.
